The MC165 sensor can be used to measure magnetic fields over a very wide frequency range: from 1 kHz to 1MHz.
3 kHz to 300 kHz the MC165 voltage output vs frequency response is nearly flat: 1mV per milligauss.
300 kHz to 700 kHz the MC165 output changes gradually and smoothly vs frequency.
Above 700 kHz the MC165 output changes more vs frequency but is useful up to 999 kHz.
MC165 is similar to MC162, but MC165 has much less variation vs freq from 700 kHz to 999 kHz.
NIST traceable calibration data table is tested and delivered with each sensor from 0.5 kHz to 999 kHz.
The sensors are not calibrated above 1 MHz, and may produce an output voltage when receiving some magnetic field frequencies above 1 MHz.
The output voltage from the sensor is the same frequency as the magnetic field frequency.
